Returns
- You can return most new, unopened products within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to qualify for a full refund.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as you received them to ensure the product can be safely resold.
- Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used aromatherapy oils, essential oils, bath bombs, candles, or any other personal care products.
- To start a return, please contact our Customer Support team at info@es-sencemd.life, providing your order number and reason for the return. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization if your return is accepted.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned package and inspect the items, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
